Administrative Assistant for Energy Management of the Campus Management and Development Office

The Energy Section of the Campus Management and Development Office of the University of Macau invites applications for the position of Administrative Assistant at a taxable monthly salary ranging from MOP22,410.00 to MOP29,880.00 (index 270 –  360).


Responsibilities
1. Assist the superior in arranging corrective and preventive maintenance, issuing memos, following up the work progress, carrying out inspections and preparing reports;
2. Raise purchase request forms and prepare relevant documents for Repairs and Maintenance (R&M) and Alteration and Addition (A&A) projects;
3. Supervise contracted-out corrective and preventive maintenance works of Electrical & Mechanical (E&M) including Building Automation System (BAS) and Gas (Natural Gas / Liquefied Petroleum Gas) Supply Network or Facilities, ensure contractor’s performance meeting our standard requirements and/or according to the terms as specified on the contract;
4. Assist in analyzing energy consumption, implementing and planning energy management works;
5. Assist in updating E&M work information, drawings for buildings and document;
6. Assist in public tender preparation and analysis;
7. Assist in handling and following up suggestions and complaints related to E&M – BAS and Gas Supply Network or Facilities works.


Requirements 
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical, Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering or related discipline;
2. Minimum 3 years of working experience in E&M engineering field, preferably in Gas Supply Network or Facilities, or BAS fields;
3. Work experience or professional training in Energy Management related aspects would be an advantage;
4. Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office and AutoCAD;
5. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese);
6. Good communication skills, strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently.
